Our Mission
The mission of Brain Power3 is to challenge companies to maximize and utilize the intellectual capacity of their employees to lead to greater employee empowerment and expansion of innovative solutions inside and outside each company.
Our Fundamental Beliefs
Brain Power3 believes:
- Providing knowledge to employees produces a greater Return on Investment (ROI) for the company and more prosperity for its employees.
- The fate of our economic system and prosperity rests in the hands of the middle class of America.
By growing the intellectual capacity of the middle class - enlightened companies will be able to increase their profitability, protect their corporate existence, and uphold America's global economic leadership in the future. - The future of the poor, the middle class, the rich and our success or failure as a nation lies solely with the middle class because the middle class has three powers:
- The power to affect business profit with their work,
- The power to affect the economy with their spending, and
- The power to affect the government with their votes.
- To expand the economic prosperity of companies, current corporate leadership roles and responsibilities need to change. CEOs, COOs and CFOs need to understand the importance of educating their employees so they understand the important role they play in the long-term financial prosperity of the company, their own futures. Corporate leaders need to provide educational opportunities designed to help their employees understand their roles as employees, consumers and owners of government.
